Fair play by design
Natural conversation should not become unlimited control
A companion may understand, “Help our wounded party member,” but understanding the request does not make the action automatically valid. Distance, skills, resources, ownership and the current state of the target still matter.
Lineage2AI keeps those decisions inside the game. AI can interpret what the player meant and suggest a suitable response; the world checks the facts before anything actually happens.

A simple example
A convincing sentence cannot create an impossible action
Suppose you ask a companion to heal a party member who is too far away. The companion should not announce success and invent a result. The world checks the distance and available skill first.
If the action is not possible, the companion can explain the problem naturally: move closer, choose another target or wait until the skill is ready.
Trust
The same world remains true for every player
In a shared MMORPG, one character cannot have private rules that create items, ignore cooldowns or bypass ownership. Every real change must agree with the current world seen by everyone else.
This separation lets companions be expressive without turning conversation into a shortcut around fair play.
Uncertainty
Asking a question is better than making a risky guess
Voice can be misheard and names can be ambiguous. When a request is unclear, the safe response is a short question rather than an action aimed at the wrong character.
Late or outdated responses are also rejected so an older conversation cannot unexpectedly affect a newer moment.
